The HubSpot Academy is really good (and much of our theoretical knowledge has been acquired there over many years) and can be recommended without restriction.
However, the relationship to the daily challenges of marketing automation or inbound sales in the DACH region is not always there, and many courses are still only available in English.
The HubSpot training we give are always tailored to your specific goals and are individually prepared. Objectives are for example: to gain deeper knowledge in a certain area, to optimize the cooperation between sales and marketing, or that HubSpot users should be immediately able to work with the software...
We discuss the appropriate training with you, create the guideline and the corresponding documentation.

What is the difference between HubSpot Onboarding and Training?
HubSpot onboarding and training serve different purposes on the way to effective use of the HubSpot platform.
The initial phase is onboarding, where you as a new user are guided through the setup and configuration of your HubSpot account to ensure that all necessary tools and features are properly integrated to meet your business needs. This process is critical for a solid foundation and typically includes personalized support that addresses specific needs.
In contrast, HubSpot Training focuses on improving your skills and knowledge of the platform through structured learning sessions. These courses are designed to deepen understanding, improve knowledge and enable you to get the most out of HubSpot's features.

Do you also offer training for one person?
Yes, we also do individual training.
Here too, you can book a customized training course that is tailored to your needs and where you can learn as much as possible. -
What is the maximum number of participants?
There is no maximum number of participants. Experience has shown that it should ideally consist of a maximum of 10 people. The number of participants determines how intensive and how many mini-workshops (learning by doing) can be held.

How long does a training course last?
It depends on what you want to learn. Our training courses generally last between half a day (4-5 hours) and a full day (8 hours).
For our online training courses, we recommend splitting a full training day into two half days. There is a wealth of new knowledge that needs to be processed and any questions that arise in the meantime can be answered directly in the next session.

Where do the training courses take place?
All training courses take place either at your premises or online via Microsoft Teams. On-site training is often more interactive.
If the training takes place on-site, we also charge travel costs.

What does a training course cost?
We have all-inclusive prices for our training courses, regardless of the number of participants. They always include documentation that you can refer to after the training and a preparatory meeting. Online training courses can also be included on request.
Our training courses cost between EUR 1,500 and EUR 2,800, depending on the duration.

Is there a certificate of attendance?
Yes, you will receive a certificate of attendance with the learning content after the training.

Do you also offer HubSpot support?
Yes, either flexibly on an hourly basis or as a retainer from 5 hours per month (minimum duration 12 months). Unused hours can be carried over to the following month.
